MUSIC WORKSHOPS FOR MENTAL WELLBEING

Formed in 2003 by singer-songwriter Elliot Hall, Mind Your Music is a friendly, supportive group who meet to make, create, and perform music together, in a safe, inclusive, non-judgemental environment. We meet at Factory Studios in Barton Hill. To take part in a session or find out more, call Sarah or Elliot Hall on

079361 82638 or email using our contact form.

We are meeting face-to-face again at Factory Studio every Monday afternoon, usually from 3 - 5pm. Come along for an informal jam and practice group. We'll be working towards spring and summer shows and also just enjoying our no-pressure musical community.

We've set up a Whatsapp group so that people have the opportunity to reach out if they want to, or just to feel that there are other people out there. If you would like to join, please text 079361 82638

Mind Your Music and Coronavirus

In 2020 and 2021, we had to change the way we met, made music, performed, and stayed in touch and supportive as a group. For most of the time, we had to move everything online. During the summer months, when restrictions were eased, we met outdoors and played music together - socially distanced - in Bristol's parks. Since then, we have been meeting again, face-to-face at Factory Studio.

For as long as physical meetings remained difficult because of the coronavirus emergency, Mind Your Music continued to run a programme of online activities, workshops, rehearsals and productions via our Zoom meetings. We had music, poetry and art workshops, a christmas karaoke party and a full-length gig!
